Refund Policy

1. Timeframe

Eligible refund requests for self-paced offerings may be submitted within fourteen days of purchase provided lab access has not progressed beyond the first module checkpoint. Cohort offerings follow the date-specific window printed on your enrollment summary.

2. Exceptions

No refund is available where materials were substantially accessed, certificates were already issued for completed milestones, or enterprise contracts specify alternate terms.

3. Process

Submit a written request to [email protected] with enrollment reference, participant name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt and may ask clarifying questions before deciding.

4. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to fees collected directly by Nimbus Harbor Academy for listed training courses on this domain. Third-party exam fees or marketplace purchases are excluded.

5. Eligibility

Purchasers must demonstrate that the service materially deviates from the published outline or that an administrative error occurred. Partial refunds may be offered when only a segment of a bundle was unusable.

6. Contact

Refund correspondence uses the same mailbox with “Refund Policy” noted in the subject line for routing.

7. Refund methods

Approved amounts are returned using the original payment path where technically possible; otherwise a bank transfer may be arranged with identity verification.

8. Processing time

Decisions are communicated within ten business days barring complex enterprise reviews. Financial institutions may add additional settlement days beyond our control.

9. Consumer rights in Korea

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory protections applicable to consumers under Korean law where such laws prevail over contract terms.

10. Cancellations by the academy

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a rescheduled session of equal length.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can reconcile ledgers and avoid unnecessary disputes.
